Education is a human right (Art. 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights oft he United Nations). Each person should be able to get an education without barriers. With an education people have the opportunity to develop themselves (to the extent that in general there will be no harm or serious drawbacks). We hope that the support of students will lead to a long term commitment to the design and development of their community, and to share their valuable knowledge.
Our vision is that our aid in Rwanda should become redundant in the the long run, when solid and sustainable structures are established. Eventually educated people
in the community should be able to maintain and further develop their community with the knowledge they gained during their education.
